Founders’ Week 2014

6.30 pm: The Annual School Play will be staged in the Senior School Quad. This year’s play is titled “Finding Wonderland”, and is directed by fellow alum Kaizad Kotwal. Please contact Ruby ( or +91 9930577120) for donor passes. 7.00 pm: Rumy Kapadia (class of 1954) is graciously hosting a Piano Recital by Meher Toorkey and Robert Moore at the Y.B. Chavan auditorium. The repertoire will include: Debussy, Petite Suite, Lutoslawski – Paganini Variations, Ravel – La Valse, and for solo piano, Chopin – Ballade no 4 in F minor. All alumni are welcome.

9.00 am: The Founders’ Day Church Service at St. Thomas’ Cathedral
10.15 am – 12 Noon: Coffee Morning at Cathedral Middle School (erstwhile Girls School) Cathedral Junior School hosted by the Alumni Association followed by an optional Nostalgia Cathedral Senior School Tour with Prefects [please note the change in location]

9.00 am:  Annual Alumni Golf Tournament at Willingdon  Sports Club.
The 19th Cathedral Alumni Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday 15th November 2014 at the Willingdon Sports Club from9a.m to 11:00 a.m. The entry fee is Rs 1,200 per participant, for IGU members the green fees are Rs 2,250 and for Non IGU members the green fees are Rs 2,810. Please email your confirmed participation to Shivas Nath ( or +91 98929 77000)
