BASKETBALL MATCH 2015

The game started with a jump ball at 10:30 am in middle school. It was refereed by the school coach. The X-Cathedral team had a very good beginning with Akshay Multani taking some excellent 3 pointers and Sumit Chawla’s  defence not allowing the school team to score much. The excellent teamwork took the score to 44 – 2 in the first half the game looked pretty one-sided. The school team had a comeback in the second half, scoring 10 points in quick succession bringing the score to 46-12. Rithvik Hegde stood strong  and tore through the school defense with his layups and three points. The final tally at the end was X-Cathedralites  66; Current team 14. It was a smooth game with no fouls played with true sportsmanship by all.
