Our Senior School

The  newly renovated Senior School building (left) located at Six Purushottam Thakurdas Marg (Outram Road ) was recently inaugurated by the Governor of Mumbai, His Excellency, Mr. P.C. Alexander, on 14th November 1998.

The school building which was more than 100 years old was built in the Victorian Gothic style of architecture and the renovations which were undertaken were done with the objective of expanding the space and restoring the original character of the old building. In conserving, restoring and expanding the school building a balance was created between preserving the character of the building, its historic setting and the contemporary needs of our generation.

The building conservation and restoration, which took over two years     was    undertaken by Somaya & Kalappa Consultants Pvt. Ltd . Architects and Interior Designers, under the leadership of Ms. Brinda Somaya, Class of '67. They have painstakingly constructed a showpiece of a building which has won kudos from everyone.
